Does this give me code, or a picture?
Design, not code. You get the layout, the palette, the type scale and the imagery, which is the slow, taste-dependent part. Handing that spec to your developer, or to a coding assistant, is the fast route to the build. Prompt Reverse is a visual platform and does not ship production front-end code.
Can I reverse a site I do not have the files for?
Yes. A screenshot is enough. Full-page captures work better than a viewport crop, because the reverse can then see the rhythm between sections rather than one band of it.
Is it all right to use another company's site as the reference?
Layout conventions, grids and section order are not protected, and every design tradition is built on them. Their copy, their logo, their photography and their illustration are. Use the reference for structure and feel, and bring your own words and assets.
